1. The construction load (the weight of personnel, materials, and machinery) applied on the scaffolding surface per 1m² at the working level shall not exceed the following specified values or construction design values; the standard value of construction load (the weight of personnel, equipment, and materials on the working level) is 3kN/m² for structural scaffolding and 2kN/m² for decoration scaffolding?.
2. The total weight of mortar and container must not exceed 1.5kN; the single weight of construction equipment must not exceed 1kN, and the self-weight of components manually transported and installed on scaffolds must not exceed 2.5kN. During structural construction, the number of construction steps must not exceed two layers, and the operational load per layer must not exceed 3KN/m². During decorative construction, the scaffolding construction load must be strictly controlled, and the number of construction steps for simultaneous operations must not exceed three layers, with the operational load per layer not exceeding 2KN/m²?.
3. Materials placed on the scaffolding should be neatly and securely stacked, without affecting construction operations and personnel access.
4. The maximum working height for operators on the scaffold should be sufficient for normal operation. It is prohibited to increase the working height by placing additional objects or individual scaffold boards on the scaffold board.
5. During operation, it is prohibited to randomly dismantle the basic structural members, integral members, connecting fasteners, safety nets, and wall-linking elements of the scaffold. If temporary dismantling is indeed required due to operational requirements, it must be approved by the supervisor, corresponding temporary reinforcement measures must be taken, and the scaffold must be promptly restored after the operation is completed.
